Elgin basketball legend Flynn Robinson dies at 72
Flynn Robinson, an Elgin native who went on to play eight seasons in the NBA, died Thursday at age 72 at Keck Hospital in Los Angeles from complications related to cancer. Robinson was a 1959 Elgin High graduate and a member of the Elgin Sports Hall of Fame’s inaugural class in 1980
